'Catfish' Creator Nev Schulman Celebrates His Engagement With Laura Perlongo

Well after years of helping online couples figure out if their relationships were real or not on Catfish, Nev Schulman finally found himself a catch. Schulman announced his engagement to his girlfriend Laura Perlongo on Instagram.
"We're engaged," read the comment of the first post to Instagram. It was followed by a longer and more touching message from Schulman.
"seriously though, couldn't be more in love with this nugget. so excited to spend my life with you @el_peego."

Meanwhile, Perlongo showed off the massive engagement ring in a photo to her personal Instagram page as she feeds her new husband-to-be.
"Earlier this month, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together," according to The NY Daily News.
"After initially tweeting about it, the MTV star followed up with an Instagram snap of the ultrasound."
So, Schulman is providing to catfishers and those being catfished, that love and companionship is possible after all.
