Blofeld Unlikely To Appear In James Bond 25

The 25th James Bond movie will be out in two year's time, but a major villain is reportedly not going to be in it.

This is sad news for fans of Spectre as the new movie might not directly follow the events of the previous film.

Christoph Waltlz played Blofeld in Spectre and it was somewhat of an origin story for the famous villain. However in an interview with Talky Movie, Waltz says it's unlikely he will be returning to the franchise. He said the following when asked about the role: "No, I'm sorry.

I'm really sad, but that's the tradition, that there is a new... name. Sorry. I would've liked to."

It's possible the film studio wants to take James Bond 25 in a new direction.

Spectre tried too hard to mimic the success of Skyfall, but Spectre wasn't as well received. The movie did okay at the Box Office, but people still regard Skyfall and Casino Royale as the best Daniel Craig James Bond movies.

Daniel Craig will be back for the 25th film in the series, although a director and other cast members have yet to be announced.

It's likely this will be the final film that Craig does. Craig is regarded to be one of the best actors to have become Bond along the likes of Sean Connery and Pierce Brosnan.

The new film already has a release date of November 8, 2019.

It will only be a matter of time until all the details are revealed in the near future. This is potentially Craig's last outing as Bond so hopefully he can go out on a high note.
