Superman And Lois Lane Confirmed To Appear In Big Arrowverse Crossover Episodes

For the past few seasons, only Supergirl has teamed up with The Flash, Arrow and the other superheroes for their annual big crossover specials. Now later this year, Superman and even Lois Lane will be in the episodes.

As reported by TVLine, executive producers Jessica Queller and Robert Rovner announced the introduction of the character of Lois Lane to the Arrowverse for the very first time. You can read their comments about the matter posted down below.

"We couldn’t be more excited to introduce Lois Lane to the Arrowverse. This dogged, determined and brave reporter will make for a strong partner to Superman and amazing addition to our universe of DC characters."

While no actress has been attached to play the character yet, we should know some details of her casting very soon. Superman is still going to be played by Tyler Hoechlin who previously appeared in the second season of Supergirl.

Superman's appearance in the crossover later this year will be the first time that the character will get a chance to meet The Flash and Arrow in the CW TV shows.

This year's big bad guy must be very threatening if every hero is needed.

Superman and Lois Lane aren't the only new faces appearing in the crossover because it has already been confirmed that Ruby Rose's Batwoman character is also debuting in the special episodes too.

The CW is going all-out to make this year's crossover something special to the fans.

The crossover special starts on December 9th, 2018 and runs until December 11th, 2018. They will comprise of three episodes of The Flash, Arrow and Supergirl. You can catch all of the action on The CW Network.
