'90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days' Episode 4 Recap: WTF Is Paul Hiding?

Tonight was the fourth episode of 90 Day Fiance Before the 90 Days. Here's our recap:

'90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days' Jesse and Darcey

The episode starts with Jesse and Darcey post-sex. Darcey says Jesse is the love of her life -- he's not so sure.

Jesse is taking Darcey to meet his family. They meet his stepfather Dave and his mother. She keeps hinting about a ring, and Jesse keeps not responding.

Jesse's mom lives in a really weird house, with all kinds of strange stuff and artwork. Both the mom and stepdad are very flamboyant. The mom doesn't like Americans, but she did like Darcey.

Then, Dave starts going nuts. He asks Darcey if she's f---in' out of her mind.

He then says that Darcey isn't in the same league as Jesse, and asks what's in it for him. Darcey isn't happy. Jesse's response: "nobody's perfect."

Darcey starts crying in the confessional. But she maintains composure and moves on.

When Darcey and Jesse are on their way home, she falls apart. Even in the car, Jesse says "I hope you didn't get it the wrong way." They get into a passive aggressive argument.

'90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days' Paul and Karine

Paul and Karine have just entered her house in the Amazon. He meets Karine's mother and father. They can't communicate, making things awkward.

Paul wants Karine to stay with him at a nearby hotel. He has to ask the parents, who don't seem to happy -- they think he's taking her there for sex.

He assures them that's not true. He also makes a weird statement about how sex has caused problems in the past -- which he needs to tell her about. We'll have to see what that means later.

Paul and Karine go to the hotel. He prepares a bunch of gifts for her when she enters the room. She asks for a kiss, which is awkward.

But Paul doesn't want to be hurt again. He says a past relationship got him into serious trouble. Apparently there's something there that she needs to explain.

Karine wanted to have sex but Paul says he wants to wait to be intimate. He then says he doesn't want to be intimate until Karine gets an STD and pregnancy test.

'90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days' Patrick and Myriam

We meet a new guy named Patrick from Kentucky. Patrick is an MMA fighter and DJ. He is a father, and he's trying to change from being a player to become a better role model. He met a woman named Myriam from Paris. Myriam is Muslim, although she's not conservative.

Patrick is ready to travel to Paris to meet Myriam in person. But before going, he meets with his daughter and the mother of her daughter.

Patrick thinks Myriam hasn't told her parents about him. He's afraid that they won't accept him because he's not Muslim.

'90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days' Cortney and Antonio

Ms. Catfish, Cortney is getting ready to meet Antonio. As we learned last week, they've never spoken on the phone or on video chat.

Her parents were already freaked out about Antonio -- now she tells them about the porn that Antonio was found in... She plans to sleep on his couch, so she hasn't booked a hotel.
