After starring in two of 2015's biggest films The Hateful Eight and Chi-Raq, Samuel L. Jackson visited the Howard Stern SiriusXM show to talk about his films, being the highest grossing actor and much more.

Stern got right into his interview with Jackson by stating that he is the highest grossing actor. Jackson has appeared in 119 films over his entire career and his films have grossed $7.42 billion.

"Samuel said that's not a dubious honor. He said if you're in a film anyone can claim that," according to MarksFriggin.

"He said if you're in enough films you can say that. He said there's another guy who has been in like twice the number of films but they forget about him."

Jackson also told Stern that he knew he was a star during the filming of Die Hard 3 because Bruce Willis told him he was the number three actor on the cast list.

The interview then broke into Jackson's early life and his time at Morehouse.

"He said he got kicked out of school for being a trouble maker.

Howard said he went to Morehouse and he got radicalized and he was part of taking over the campus and locking up the board of trustees once," according to MF.

"Samuel said that he was at a school that was supposed to be the pinnacle of people of color but they had no people of color on the board. He said they had no community involvement at all.

He said they had a lot of things that were wrong on campus. He said that the board wouldn't meet with them so they locked them in the building."

Morehouse wasn't the only issues that Jackson faced in his life. He was also a cocaine user and had to go to rehab for 21 days in order to kick the habit. When he was younger, Jackson said his family wasn't around much but he did say that his aunt was responsible for putting him in a few acting gigs.

Meanwhile, Jackson grew up with a stutter and admits that he still stutters in present day.

Stern cracked a joke about the word "motherf**ker" helping him with his stutter. In most of his films Jackson uses the word in some of the funniest situations, especially in the film Snakes On A Plane.

Jackson agreed with Stern who said that he believed Quentin Tarantino and Spike Lee were the most important directors in his career, while also pointing out that George Lucas was as well. Later on the two talked about script for The Hateful Eight and Jackson said that it read much like a theatrical play.

The interview was pretty entertaining and many Stern Show fans shared how much they enjoyed it over social media.
