Kid Cudi's New 'Speedin' Bullet 2 Heaven' Single Comes With Some Bad News

While Kid Cudi didn't expect to be releasing his "Speedin' Bullet 2 Heaven" single off the album sharing the same title, he also may have not expected to be cancelling his upcoming tours.

Up until yesterday, Kid Cudi had been coming through with every single promise made surrounding the Speedin' Bullet 2 Heaven project. However, he has cancelled the upcoming tour that goes along with the album.

The apparent causes of the cancellation included, production issues as well as personal issues.

It was full explained in a letter to his fans which can be seen below.

Immediately after apologizing to his fans for the inconveniences, Cudi released his new "Speedin' Bullet 2 Heaven" single which finds him teaming up with his long time producer Plain Pat.

The bad news hasn't stopped fan support from pouring in. Cudi's fans want him in tip-top form and the majority of them appear to be quite understanding of the situation. It's rightfully so as well, as Cudi has been very upfront with all of the information regarding his album.

This is the first time that he has issued any inkling of bad news from the Speedin' Bullet 2 Heaven drop.

For that simple fact as well as the artist being as open as he is on social media, fans should sit back and enjoy the new single.

After all, there are only two days until the release of his Speedin' Bullet 2 Heaven which drops on Friday, December 4.

As for "Speedin' Bullet 2 Heaven," the track blends a sinister sound with light acoustic hits that bring a strange but effective balance to the song. While Cudi says that he is moving in a new direction with the music, there are evident signs of some of his past sounds on the track.

It's quite the toned down sound when you compare it to "Judgemental C*nt" but pretty similar to "Wedding Tux." It will be interesting to see what else Cudi has in store for his fans come Friday.
