Did Victoria Justice's Ex Get Stolen By Young Hottie Ryan Newman?

In the last few weeks, Victoria Justice has been spending a lot of time with rumored new boyfriend Reeve Carney, but before that she was hot and heavy with actor/model Pierson Fode.
In fact, there were rumors that she was considering marriage to Fode, who is now 24, although Victoria quashed those rumors in a Facebook interview:

Nevertheless, about a year ago, they split (after two years of dating). But they did appear to remain friends. They even appeared in photos together after the breakup.
But now, according to J-14 it seems that a new young hollywood beauty, Ryan Newman of Sharknado, may have emerged in Fode's life:
Ryan and Pierson have been pals for awhile. Back in April, Pierson even attended Ryan's 18th birthday and they were caught having a blast in the Photo Booth together. But now, there's some serious flirting going on.
In fact, both Ryan Newman, 18, and Fode have been spending time together. Recently, they did a photo shoot together, in which they flirted heavily.
The caption is quite interesting: "Attraction is only intense when mystery is involved." Meanwhile, Ryan posted a similar photo with the caption "it's not polite to stare @piersonfode."
