The star of the popular "Divergent" franchise, Shailene Woodley, talked about her choice to live out of her carry-on suitcase, as well as her movie "White Bird in a Blizzard." on a re-airing of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

The past few years have seen the rise of Woodley in Young Adult movie adaptations after the end of her ABC Family show, "The Secret Life of An American Teenager." The actress stared as Hazel Grace in the movie adaptation of John Green's hit young adult novel, "The Fault In Our Stars." She plays lead in the YA post-apocalyptic trilogy, "Divergent," and got the role as Mary Jane in "The Amazing Spider-Man."

DeGeneres started off by trying to figure out where Woodley's base was since she didn't have a home. And while Woodley may have sited LA, it's only because of family ties. The actress only had a carry-on filled with her possessions that she took with her as she traveled the world. To which DeGeneres asked about all that money she's made.

Obviously, it was put towards her travels. Woodley admitted that she didn't want to settle down. She's young, it's the time to travel. Yea, maybe if you're the star of two franchises.

Ellen surprised Woodley with a matching carry-on filled with DeGeneres brand underwear.

With a reminder about Woodley's movie "White Bird in a Blizzard," DeGeneres thanked Woodley for being on the show. Fans of DeGeneres can keep up with her show and watch more clips from this episode on the main site.
