'OITNB' Star Laverne Cox Talks Rocky Horror Picture Show and More On The Ellen Show

There is a reboot of the Rocky Horror Picture Show coming and Laverne Cox is one of the masterminds behind it. She recently stopped by The Ellen Show to chat about the reboot and more during her first ever visit.

DeGeneres started off by saying she couldn't believe it was the first time that she was meeting Cox and Cox said that when she woke up, she still couldn't believe she was going to be a guest on the show.

Cox also praised DeGeneres for being an inspiration to her, being who she is and having everyone love her.

She said that when DeGeneres tweeted that it was about time the first transgendered graced the cover of the magazine, when Cox was on the cover.

DeGeneres returned the praise to Cox who is working hard with Orange Is The New Black and much more.

Meanwhile, Cox wanted to make sure that Americans get out and vote because she believes it is one of the most consequential elections.

Cox was a dance major in college and said that when she heard she was casted in Rocky Horror Picture Show, she went into training for months before they even started.
