As more celebrities try to find more constructive ways to complete the "ALS Ice Bucket Challenge," Matt Damon found a way to bring awareness of two causes in one video.

Damon first introduces himself after being challenged by Ben Affleck and Jimmy Kimmel.

He then goes on to say that the challenge was difficult as he co-founded a website called Water.org which helps other nations around the world that don't have access to clean drinking water.

"This is truly toilet water.

I've been collecting it from various toilets around the house," said Damon as quoted by Time.com.

" For those of you like my wife who think this is really disgusting, keep in mind that the water in our toilets in the West is actually cleaner than the water that most people in the developing world have access to."

After a plug of his own website at the end he completes the challenge. Other stars like Sophia Bush have also tweeted in admiration of Damon's effort.
