Lupita Nyong'o Addresses Star Wars Character Rumors On The Ellen Show

If you're patiently waiting for the next installment in the Star Wars saga, then you may be happy to hear what Lupita Nyong'o had to say regarding the rumors of her character in the upcoming Star Wars: Episode VIII film.

Nyong'o sat down with DeGeneres who said that the star had won her first Oscar for the first film she ever starred in and continues to grace the cover of Vogue quite frequently. Three times to be exact.

Nyong'o said she did model a little bit but she didn't know how vital her modeling would be when she broke into the world of acting.

She says it's very vulnerable to have your picture taken because everyone is always trying to capture beauty.

Both Nyong'o and DeGeneres showed off their "sexy faces" on the show as they continued to talk about Nyong'o's Vogue shoot which also featured her 96-year-old grandmother. Nyong'o said her grandmother couldn't care less about her fame.

Meanwhile, rumors were circulating that Nyong'o would not be in the upcoming Star Wars: Episode VIII film, however, it happens to be quite the opposite as she has already shot her scenes for the film. She did add that she was quite hurt when she read the rumors, however, as far as she knows, she is in the film.
