For the 12th straight week in a row Drake has sat on top the Billboard Hot 100 Chart with his hit song "One Dance" featuring Wizkid and Kyla.

This comes after his fellow Canadian Justin Bieber set the original record with 11 straight weeks.

"Drake remains the top musical act in the United States, ranking at No. 1 on the Billboard Artist 100 chart (dated June 25) for a 12th total week," reported Billboard.

"The sum marks the most among males, passing Justin Bieber's 11 total weeks at No. 1.

Drake crowns the Artist 100 for a 12th total week, besting Bieber for the most weeks at No. 1 among males, dating to the chart's July 2014 inception, while, among all acts, only Taylor Swift has led longer (31 weeks)."

Does "One Dance" have the ability to take Taylor Swift's record breaking run? Drake's "One Dance" is an infectious summer hit with a bit of island flare.

Chances are it will be on most summer playlists for 2016 and who knows how much longer after that.

If ever there was a track that might have the legs to take on Swift, it's "One Dance." Meanwhile, Views still sits at number one on the Billboard 200 Albums Chart.
