Disney Studios is doing all it can to make sure 'Frozen' will never melt off the box office charts.

After the ABC special on the making of "Frozen" Tuesday night, the studio announced that it will release a new animated short this spring, bringing back all of its beloved characters, according to MSN.com. The short will bring back directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, as well as a new song from Oscar-winners Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez.

In the short, "Frozen Fever", it is Anna's birthday and Elsa and Kristoff are planning the most exciting celebration Arendelle has ever seen. Elsa's powers, however, might get in the way and put more than just the party at risk.

A Disney short isn't all that is coming to keep Frozen on the horizon. In November, Disney will release a new sing-along version of the film as well as several new versions on its soundtrack.

It will also launch a Disney on Ice tour based on the $1.3 billion film.
