The southern beef has begun as Young Thug and Kevin Gates exchange words via Instagram.

Social media has already begun to stir as Young Thug released a video sending shots at Gates for sneak dissing him. Gates said that he doesn't answer when "gays" call.

According to DJ Akademik's run down, the entire ordeal started over the two not retweeting and supporting each others music. Thug responded by threatening Gates and asking him to pull up so he can spray at him.

Most fans are literally in disbelief that the two are even beefing and while some try to say they don't care it has been amping up by the minutes.

Two southern rappers beefing can not be good for the game especially with Gate's situation with the law that he did not say too much about while he was on Power 105.1's Breakfast Club.

Some fans are also saying that Young Thug should probably fall back a little due to Gate's past.

Thug recently released a track featuring Rich Homie Quan titled, "Pull Up." Was Thug particularly addressing Gates on the track? Or is it just a coincidence that Thug is using that phrase to draw out more attention from Gates.
