Some of the best episodes of the cult hit "Community," which aired on NBC for five years and is now moving to Yahoo, were the ones which took on the look of another series.
The "G.I. Joe" episode from last season was a particular crowd favorite and now creator Dan Harmon is considering the pros and cons of taking on another animated episode, this time in the video game world.
Harmon has been lobbied online to do a "Community" episode in the style of the popular videogame "Minecraft" and the writer/producer sees the pluses and minuses of taking on the challenge. He shared his thoughts with his Twitter fans.
I sympathize with the people asking we do a minecraft Community episode as much as the people warning us not to. I'm squarely on both sides.

Harmon is a fan of the game, though he has joked about not playing anymore so he can focus on writing "Community."
I'm kicking minecraft so I can write Community better. Declaring this out loud so that I'm not able to play it. Next item: how to shower.

"Community" has a devoted, but small fanbase which kept it alive on NBC and caused Yahoo to bring it back after it was cancelled. The show follows a group of friends at a community college.
