"Howard Stern Show" writer Sal Governale has done some cray things on the show, so you would expect him to break out all the stops on Halloween and he did not disappoint.

While he might have dressed as a pregnant turtle, Tan Mom, or something wholly inappropriate for being around children, he decided instead to pay tribute to his favorite band.

Of course, the Stern show regular was dressing up as Gene Simmons's KISS character "The Demon."

Governale spent the holiday with his wife Christine, which is a good sign given the effort Governale has talked about making toward fixing his marriage in recent months.

Christine Governale has appeared on the Stern Show along with her husband and once shot her husband with a paintball gun on air to win money.
