Moms all over were celebrating Mother's Day last weekend and Wanda Sykes happened to have some pretty awesome Mother's Day gifts that she wanted to discuss on the Ellen Show.

DeGeneres asked Sykes if she had a good Mother's Day and Sykes said she did but sounded a bit off.

She says her children are 7-years-old and she would rather have a hug and a nice "Happy Mother's Day," however, she had to turn in to an actress like Meryl Streep when they are so young.

Sykes said the kids just give you gifts and was at a loss for words at how exactly to describe them. She says that she practiced as her kids were so excited.

She says her daughter made a lovely bookmark and her son made her a wonderful yarn bracelet. Sykes joked who needs a Cartier bracelet when you have one made out of yarn.

Sykes says she understands why athletes buy their moms houses when they make it. She says it's to make up for all of the useless crap.

Meanwhile, Sykes talked about the election and realizing that she has a female card.

She says she has a race card and joked by saying she won't use that until she snaps and murders someone. You can watch all of Sykes hilarious jokes on the Ellen Show in the video below.
