Uncle Murda, DNCE, Rotimi and Father Top Billboard's Emerging Artists Chart

This week Uncle Murda, DNCE, Rotimi and Father top the Billboard Emerging Artists Chart with fresh tracks that are fan favorites.

While Uncle Murda has been in Hip-Hop for years, he still manages to find himself on the Billboard Emerging Artists Chart with "Right Now" feature Future. The track is a heavy-hitting street song with trunk-knocking production.

The trap beat suits Future's style while Uncle Murda is continuing to make a case as one of hip-hop's solid New York artists.

"Right Now" features references about drugs, the streets, women, cars, money and guns. Murda and Future both use the song to flex and it currently holds the number one spot on Billboard's Emerging Artist Chart.

DNCE is continuing their successful debut with their hit song "Cake By The Ocean," which holds the number two spot on the Billboard Emerging Artists Chart. DNCE is a new group fronted by Joe Jonas.

They featured an undeniable disco/dance sound that speaks well to radio hits.

The group released their SWAAY EP which featured "Cake By The Ocean" as well as three other catchy tracks. The official music video for "Cake By The Ocean" is below and it features an appearance from The Fat Jewish.

Rotimi's "Lotto" featuring 50 Cent makes the number three spot on Billboard's Emerging Artists Chart. Rotimi is one of 50 Cent's G Unit Records Inc.

new artists making a splash in the R&B genre. "Lotto" is a clear club/party track featuring a verse from 50 Cent. It's catchy and radio ready like most of it's contenders on the Emerging Artists Chart this week.

While Father's "Ignore" isn't exactly a new track it's certainly trending as if it is. "Ignore" actually surfaced in late 2014 and features Slug Christ and Stalin Majesty. The official music video for the track was featured on The Fader.

The song was not featured on Father's album Who's Gonna Get F***** First which released on March 17. Father has a distinct style that may not appeal to everyone but he's clearly got a fan base that has his music trending.
