Is There An August Alsina & Lil Wayne Collab In The Works?

Recently a photo of August Alsina and Lil Wayne surfaced on the artists Instagram page and it might have some fans wondering if there is a collaboration in the works between the two.

In the photo below Alsina and Wayne pose with Wayne flipping the camera the bird.

The photo could be considered somewhat legendary for fans as both Wayne and Alsina are New Orleans natives.

This would explain the caption reading "Dat N.O doe." The New Orleans connection photo shows a bond between the two Louisiana natives and if music goers are lucky maybe the artists will come together for a possible monumental collaboration

Meanwhile Alsina continues to wow fans with his amazing voice in order to keep them motivated. Alsina posted the video below to his Instagram page and it shows him singing The Five Stairsteps "Ohh Child (Things Are Gonna Get Easier" along with another accompanying singer.

Alsina recently released a remix to Jeremih's "Planes." The track originally featured J. Cole and Alsina managed to add to the popularity of the song.

Alsina is scheduled to play the "Big Show @ Joe" in Detroit on June 19 alongside Lil Wayne, Trey Songz, Yo Gotti, Omarion and Trick Trick.

Then he'll be taking his talents to Liege, Belgium for the Les Ardentes show alongside a huge lineup: Jason Derulo, Nicki Minaj, Ludacris, The Roots, Tinie Tempah, G-Eazy, D12, C2C, Logic, Danny Brown, Rae Sremmurd, Casper, Deichkind, Swollen Members, Kollegah, Prinz Pi, Marsimoto, Vince Staples, Soprano, Haftbefehl, Die Orsons, Prhyme, Kontra K, Xatar, ASD, Eldorado FM, hobbitz, Chlyklass, Marash & Dave.

The show is scheduled for July 9.
