After just two-airings, the new NBC children's talent show Little Big Shots has a season two renewal.

Steve Harvey, host of Little Big Shots, stopped by the Ellen DeGeneres show to talk about the early success of the new project.

DeGeneres told Harvey that she was very excited that the show is doing so well and is getting lovely ratings. She delivered the news that Little Big Shots was picked up for another 13 episodes and Harvey couldn't contain his excitement, which he expressed by heavily clapping.

He said "feed the Harvey family, because there's a lot of um," before DeGeneres asked him if there was a favorite kid he talked to so far on the show.

Harvey says he loves kids because they are honest but that it was because they didn't have publicists yet. He said that there was a 4-year-old Japanese kid that spoke no English and it was perfect for him because he spoke no Japanese. However, when the conversation was edited down, Harvey knew it took much longer than the edit.

The kid actually memorized Bruce Lee's moves with the nunchucks and showcased his talent on Little Big Shots.

Harvey said the incredible thing about the boy was that he struck the pose at the end but when it was all over he went right back to being a 4-year-old.

DeGeneres asked Harvey if he had a talent when he was growing up and he replied by telling her no and that he just played in the dirt. Harvey also dished a little on his wife Marjorie and how much she liked to shop.

Harvey says he has his wife on a budget but she doesn't give a damn about it. He says that she just keeps moving the number back. You can watch the full comedic interview of Harvey and DeGeneres below.
