On The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, his famous barbershop quartet, The Ragtime Gals performed a well synchronized cover of Marvin Gaye's "Sexual Healing."

Steven Carell also joined the quartet as the reworked a classic R&B hit.

The performance started with the four original members and to the audiences surprise Carell hopped right on in as if he were a part of the group all along.
