The last few years have not been great for Hulk Hogan.

The pro wrestling star has gotten divorced, had a sex scandal involving his then best friend's wife and his physical condition has left him unable to do very much in a wrestling ring.

In recent months however things have been turning around for the Hulkster as he returned to the site of his biggest fame, WWE, as a sort of brand ambassador.

Hogan does not appear as a regular character since he can't wrestle and instead makes special appearances as he did At Wrestlemania where he appeared in a well-received in-ring speaking performance alongside "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and Duane "The Rock" Johnson.

Hogan's latest WWE appearance was on Monday night when the company turned its weekly live "Raw" show into a birthday party for the multi-time champion. A number of stars appeared on video to salute the wrestler.

Among those appearing via video from outside the wrestling world were football stars Drew Brees, Aaron Rodgers and A.J. Hawk.

"We've both been big Hulkamaniacs for years... BROTHER!" Rodgers said, using one of Hogan's catchphrases.

A number of past wrestling stars including Ric Flair, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, and "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff also made appearances.
