For the past week Shia LaBeouf has been posting his Nike Running stats on Twitter which have been the latest posts since Labeouf completed the "ALS Ice Bucket Challenge."

Starting on September 8 he tweeted "I just ran 1.83 mi with Nike+. http://go.nike.com/02ghehkt #nikeplus." Each day following that post was one of similar nature with the distance ran varying everytime.

Could he be getting ready for a new role or has he just taken up running to help with the stress of his current legal matter.

"'Transformers' actor Shia LaBeouf pleaded guilty today to disorderly conduct in New York after getting arrested in June for causing a disturbance at the Broadway show 'Cabaret,'" reported ABC News yesterday.

Upon the successful completion of his rehab and being able to stay out of trouble for the next six months, LaBeouf will be eligible to file for a dismissal of his case.

"He was charged 'for refusing to leave a theatrical performance when asked, for creating unreasonable noise and using obscene language outside of Studio 54, and for spitting at a police officer at the Midtown North police precinct," Assistant District Attorney Alyssa Russell said in court according to the ABC News report.

So what exactly is he running from? As some people use running to work off frustration and stress it may be LaBeouf's way of keeping himself out of trouble.
