Shadow Warrior, the classic first-person title featuring katana-wielding action, is on sale on Steam. Part of the store's Midweek Madness sale, it's being sold for 75% off its regular price.

"We need your help spreading the word about Shadow Warrior's featured sale in Steam's Midweek Madness," Steam writes on their official page for the title.

The game's protagonist is Lo Wang. And the game has interspersed examples of lowbrow humor.

The game was released in 2013. And it got favorable reviews; Gamespot gave the title a 7 out of 10 when it launched.

"If you're going to remake a game known for its tacky humor, this is the way to do it," Gamespot states in their review of the game. "The crassness is here, but it's merely seasoning in a colorful old-school first person shooter that allows excitement to build organically from the way its systems interact.

If you saw Duke Nukem's 2011 appearance as a personal slight, you'll be glad to know that Lo Wang still stands tall and proud."

In addition, Rock Paper Shotgun gave Shadow Warrior a positive review, stating, "Completely against my expectations, I can't think of a first-person shooter I've enjoyed more this year."

Fans of classic titles are in for a treat at a discounted price; the sale lasts until Friday. For more about Shadow Warrior, visit its official website here.
