Star of the upcoming film, Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, Samuel L. Jackson, visited The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and reminisced about playing a round of golf with the late Arnold Palmer.

The acting legend sat down with Fallon who asked him about the passing of the late golf legend, Arnold Palmer.

Fallon said that Palmer was the coolest guy who changed the game because of his emotions while playing the game.

Jackson asked Fallon if he ever got a chance to meet Palmer and when he found out that Fallon did not, Jackson pointed out that he had actually played a round of golf with the legend.

Jackson said he would go to the Bob Hope and every time you go you would be paired with a different professional golfer.

He was paired with Palmer and when he found out he was pretty excited to golf with the king.

The star said that when Palmer missed a putt he immediately started cursing and everyone around him told him it was okay and he would get it next time.

Meanwhile, Jackson received praise from Palmer after sinking a putt of his own. It was a simple "great," but it was a great from the king.
