Rachel Brathen has become a social media star in a unique way.

She's an attractive woman, but the the Internet is filled with those.

Instead of just posting pictures of herself and hoping for followers, Brathen has decided to put up shots of herself in yoga poses from various spots around the world.

She's nice to look at, but she's also inspiring with a positive message.

A native of Sweden, Brathen has been practicing yoga since her teen years. She honed her craft while living in Central America, which is also where she began teaching.

After moving to Aruba in 2010 she started teaching yoga full time on this Caribbean island.

She leads workshops all across the globe, focusing on handstands, arm balances, vinyasa foundation and fearless living. Each class is designed to energize the body, cultivate a meditative consciousness, and give greater vitality and health.

Brathen has also taken yoga off the mat and onto a paddle board. She teaches (Stand-Up Paddle board Yoga during the retreats she runs and also at festivals and events in different countries around the world.
