Pippa Middleton Agrees To Matt Lauer Interview

Pippa Middleton achieved a sort of fame due to how her backside looked in a tight dress.

That makes it hard to imagine that anyone would want to hear anything the sister of Kate Middleton -- the future queen of England -- would have to say but that is apparently not the case.

The sister of a famous person will talk with Matt Lauer on "Today," in what will be her first-ever TV interview which will air in two parts on Monday and Tuesday.

Lauer appeared on "Today" via satellite from London on Wednesday just after taping the interview with Middleton.

While it seems odd that "Today" would send its lead anchor to London to interview someone who is in no way famous for her intellect the show has been struggling to catch up with "Good Morning America" in the ratings.

Lauer has not said exactly what two discussed (let's assume it was not anything too heavy) but he did tip that they will discuss the 3,000-mile, 12-state bike trip Middleton made for Bike For America.

Middleton is also famous for wearing ridiculous hats so perhaps the two touched upon that topic as well.
