President Obama assumed the position of Colbert as he read the words that Colbert prepares for his segments. It all started with an "I, Stephen Colbert, have never cared for our President," before shooting right into the touchy subject of Obamacare.

The President assured that though Republicans hold the majority in The Senate and The House of Representatives, he still has the power to veto if they were to vote to have the act repealed.

That isn't all the President addressed, he also threw a little shade towards Fox News.

After his "Decree," the leader of the free world sat down with Colbert for an interview where they touched on a few topics including whether or not the President still holds any power with the majority leaders being the Republican party.

President Obama said that he believes young people did not go out to vote because they felt discouraged about what was happening in Washington.
