Howard Stern Talks Lamar Odom's Near Death Experience

It looks like Lamar Odom is doing much better and will survive his near death experience. Howard Stern had quite an different discussion on the incident during his SiriusXM radio show.

"Lamar Odom will survive his near death experience but it will be a long, hard road, doctors say ... and we've learned Khloe will be with him the entire way," according to TMZ.

"Doctors are telling Lamar's friends and family rehabilitation will take many months, and they believe an undetermined amount of damage to his body will be permanent.

We're told Lamar will have physical, speech, and other therapists working with him for the foreseeable future."

While many were taking the Odom incident seriously, Stern choose to highlight the off putting parts about the scenario. He talked about the herbal viagra that Odom used and joked about Odom's erection being the reason he could not be transported by helicopter.

The real reason was because of Odom's stature.

"Howard said that's why you'll never find him doing something like that. He had his mother giving advice to Lamar Odom and the girls he was with," according to MarksFriggin.

Odom is expected to survive but will have a lot of work to do in terms of rehab. While Stern joked about the incident there is was no malicious intent, just Stern being Stern.
