'Murder, She baked' Star Alison Sweeney Visits The Ellen Show

The stars continue to roll in for Ellen DeGeneres Finding Dory week on The Ellen Show.

Daytime television star, Alison Sweeney stopped by to talk about her new TV movie Murder, She Baked along with her new book that Portia De Rossi is involved in.

Sweeney is no longer on Days of Our Lives but she does have her own series of movies called Murder, She Baked. The character is a baker but she is very good at solving murder mysteries in her town.

Meanwhile, Sweeney also talked about her co-star, a rescue cat who was put in to show business but doesn't seem very happy to be in it.

The star does have a book out titled, "Opportunity Knocks" and De Rossi was the first people to read it. Her thoughts on the book are quoted on the cover and Sweeney says she was pretty nervous after giving manuscript to De Rossi.

Sweeney writes about behind the scenes in Hollywood and this novel is about a makeup artist who is making their way in Hollywood.
