"On behalf of a wealthy donor, police officers in Kansas City, Missouri, gave away money to unsuspecting drivers," read the caption of the video posted to CBS.

Reporter Steve Hartman covered the story that would bring many to tears. A wealthy businessman gives out $1,000 in $100 bills every year.

This year he decided to recruit some very special police officers to help him complete his Secret mission.

Throughout the entire interview the man remained nameless as the message was greater than who he was. He simply did it because it was a good deed to make people happier, not for the recognition.

Officers would pull certain vehicles over that fit the description as "targets." Upon pulling the cars with dents or dings over, they proceed to tell the vehicles operator that their vehicle has been targeted. At first the news does not fit right with some of the drivers.

However, when they are handed that $100 bill things get very emotional. Watch what happens after some of these people find themselves a part of the real reason for the holiday spirit.
