As he makes his way around the media circuit to promote the new film 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi, John Krasinski stopped by the Ellen DeGeneres show to talk about being at the Oscars and sitting with Leonardo DiCaprio, going scuba diving with his wife and more.

During his appearance on the show Krasinski and DeGeneres had a chance to talk about dancing together at Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's wedding. She told the crowd that Krasinski actually takes up a lot of space when he is dancing which he admitted to.

After discussing Krasinski's method of limbering up on the dance floor, he spoke about his honeymoon with Emily Blunt.

The two went scuba diving on their honeymoon and Krasinski says that his wife didn't really want to learn how to scuba dive she just sort of went along with it. While diving the couple was surrounded by some pretty large sharks one of which swam right by his wife.

Krasinski says she had no idea it was near her but he did and the sheer shock caused her to pass out momentarily.

He later on joked about his wife's interaction with a sea turtle who seemed to make up for the scary experience.

If his scuba diving story wasn't enough to keep the fans laughing, he also spoke about going to the Oscars and being seated at the same table as Leonardo DiCaprio, who he never actually got to meet while there.

Krasinski is the star of 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi which is now in theaters. You can check out his interview with DeGeneres below.
