The first day of the Anthony Cumia show was packed with surprises.
Not only was the long-time co-host of Opie and Anthony celebrating his first episode, he received a call from an old friend.
"Chip," a character well-known to O&A fans, played by Jim Norton, called in to speak with Cumia. The call was not planned in advance according to the host.
RT @trapman2000: @AnthonyCumia: whats the inside skinny, did you know Chippa was gonna phone in?
-I had no clue at all. Loved it.

Cumia's new program is a full HD video production. It's a subscription-based program which costs $6.99 a month. Norton and Greg "Opie" Hughes have been supportive of their long-time friend and co-host while they remain under contract to SiriusXM.
All three have discussed how they hope to reunite on a morning program after Opie and Jim become free agents.
