J. Cole's Dreamville Artist Cozz To Release 'Cozz And Effect' Digitally On October 3

South Central LA rapper Cozz's debut project "Cozz N Effect is set to drop digitally this Friday, October 3rd and in retail stores 10/28 via J. Coles Dreamville / Interscope label.

The 12 track project will feature guest appearances from J. Cole on a remix of Cozz's highly lauded "Knock the Hustle,"the track he dropped to commemorate his signing, Enimal, Free Ackrite and fellow Dreamville / Interscope signee Bas. He began recording the project late last year with friend and producer Meez releasing the first track off the project "Dreams", which caught the attention of J. Cole who quickly signed him to his new Dreamville / Interscope label last June. All of this is quite a feat considering that Cozz did not start seriously rapping until February of 2013. Cozz N Effect is a testament to others to not give up and is just the tip of the iceberg for this lyrically talented 20 year old. Check out the previously released "Dreams" video below.

Just last week Cozz released a track titled, "Wait's Over" which foreshadowed something big.

It looks like that something big will finally be here as he plans of taking over the game with this new release. Cozz is a part of Dreamville which also features Bas, Omen and Treasure Davis.
