Comedian Chelsea Handler is irate with Instagram's decision to censor her topless horseback photo mocking Russian President Vladimir Putin.

After her post was removed from Instagram, Handler posted the social media giant's explanation as to why they removed her post. According to their explanation her post did not follow the Instagram community guidelines because it contained nudity.

Handler fought back with an argument of her own in the caption which read, "If a man posts a photo of his nipples, it's ok, but not a woman? Are we in 1825?"

She then proceeded to post another photo with the caption, "If instagram takes this down again, you're saying Vladimir Putin Has more 1st amendment rights than...me.

Talk to your bosses," the photo was removed once again and is no longer available.

"Netflix announced a comprehensive multiyear deal with Ms.

Handler that centers on the new show," according to The New York Times, "though obviously it cannot be specifically described as a late-night talk show because it will presumably be available at any time on Netflix once it is posted."

As she gears up for her Netflix talk show scheduled for 2016 she is certainly gaining a tone of attention over the nude photo, which isn't her first run around.

Handler also appeared in her birthday suit for a skit on the Ellen Show, where she and DeGeneres were having a conversation in a shower together.

Handler is earning more and more publicity over her nude photos and appearances, but it doesn't seem to bother her, what bothers her the most is that she feels that her rights are being violated by the social media giant that is Instagram.
