At the beginning of his SiriusXM radio show, Howard Stern touched upon the rumors going around about Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan's relationship after Strahan revealed he would be leaving the show for a full-time gig with Good Morning America.

Later on in the show he weighed in about the move and the rumors.

The news of Strahan leaving the Live! show with Ripa has sparked rumors about the relationship between the two after the news.

In the beginning of the show Stern said he had heard that Ripa didn't really like Strahan, however, he couldn't remember where he heard it from.

Later on Gary Dell'Abate came in with an update on the situation and Stern shared his on theory which centered on Ripa and Strahan not getting along.

"Gary said the rumor is that Kelly is upset that Michael didn't tell her about this even though he was told not to tell anyone," according to MarksFriggin's rundown.

"Howard said that show has to make a ton of money and he's not sure why they'd f**k with her and risk ruining the show. Howard said she didn't show up on the show this week.

JD said she was there yesterday. Howard said he loves all of this."

Stern believes that Ripa should drop the show as a whole and move on to another deal because she has the ability to make something happen at any network.

Stern is holding the network at fault for blindsiding Ripa and as a result she should leave.

"Howard said Kelly is livid over this. He said she's upset about Disney blind siding her with the announcement," according to MF.

"Howard said that she never got a call from Bob Iger about it. Howard said Bob has to keep that sh** going.

Howard read that they've lost a lot of their audience. over the past year. He said he didn't know that."

Stern having being let go from a network himself knows how it feels and seems to be offering some advice that stems from that experience.
