Yesterday SiriusXM Stern Show fans got a little insight into what was going on between High Pitch Erik and Elephant Boy, which ultimately led to the arrest of High Pitch Erik.

Today Howard Stern shared and update on the situation and it doesn't seem like the two are following the truce.

The Wack pack has some serious issues and if High Pitch Erik doesn't ease off he could be in a lot of trouble, at least that's what the Stern Show crew is reporting.

There might be a way to settling it all in "Special People's Court."

"Howard said Elephant Boy is still retweeting and Eric is still threatening Elephant Boy. Howard said he has to stop or he'll end up going to jail," according to MarksFriggin.

Stern even stated that Joey Boots has told High Pitch Erik that he cannot contact Elephant Boy but it doesn't seem to be sticking with him.

"Howard said he's getting a lot of mail about Eric. Howard said that he's threatening someone's safety for the fifth time and he's not being punished," according to MF.

"The writer said that if he was able to buy a gun he might actually kill someone. Howard said there are consequences. Howard said they have Special People's Court tomorrow"

The Stern Show crew will try to settle all of this in "Special Peoples Court" as they call it.

So, fans will have a lot to look forward to on tomorrow's show. Will the beef end or will Erik and Fred continue to go at it until one of them is in jail?
