During a caller session on the Howard Stern SiriusXM radio show, a caller asked whether or not Stern was aware of Johnny Fratto's death at the age of 61.

Stern was aware of of the loss and proceeded to pay tribute to the Stern personality who happened to be Eric The Actor's former manager.

Fratto died of lung cancer according to TMZ. Stern paid tribute by playing a bit from the last call he had with Fratto on the show, according to MarksFriggin.

Stern honored Fratto with stories of his life such as his father being a "mafia guy," Fratto refusing to get a shot at the doctor's office and of course shared some memories between Fratt and Eric The Actor.

"Howard said the classic moment of all time was the time they heard "You know what to do... You know what to do," according to MF.

It was the same quote that Stern used to honor his friend on Twitter in an RIP post.

Stern had nothing but good things to say about Fratto and also said he was constantly entertained by Fratto anytime he was on the show.

"Johnny Fratto, rest in peace, you were a great addition to the show," Howard offered on Monday morning before recounting how he came to know Johnny, according to Stern's website that also contains a tribute to Fratto.

Fratto's death was said to have been a peaceful one according to the TMZ report above and he will always be remembered by the Stern Show crew.
