Seth Rogen and James Franco have been making the rounds in light of their new movie, "The Interview," and graced Howard Stern and the Stern Studio with their hilarious presence on Monday morning.

"From a publicity standpoint, I don't think any movie has been more publicized," Stern said to Rogen and Franco.

In addition to typical publicity stunts, "The Interview" recently made an appearance as a part of the infamous Sony Entertainment hack that began in late November, which involved a reveal of executive e-mails containing sensitive information.

The Daily Beast reported: "Some have speculated that the breach of Sony's servers has been the work of North Korean hackers as reprisal for the company's comedy film, The Interview, wherein the CIA tasks a TV host and his producer (James Franco and Seth Rogen) with assassinating North Korean leader Kim Jong Un."

E-mails between Seth Rogen and co-Chairman of Sony Pictures Television, Amy Pascal, revealed the ending of "The Interview" as they discussed the need to tone down a gore sequence involving Kim Jong Un's head exploding. Spoiler alert?

Stern asked if anyone at Sony had asked them to edit the film post-hack, and Rogen said no. They also have not been contacted by the FBI. However, Sacha Baron Cohen took the time to call them up and congratulate them on shaking things up overseas.

On a lighter note, Rogen admitted to being high while directing "The Interview," though plans to make sure it doesn't interrupt work flow.

Sometimes they'll need to do a three-hour camera set up, and Rogen can hit up to twenty joints in that time period.

Hey Now Highlights

Beginning in January, The Howard Stern Show will begin at 7 a.m. Robin Quivers is really thrilled Stern mentioned it, because she would have been there at 6 a.m., the original starting time for the show.

Howard 100 will still play the shows 24 hours a day.

Benji Bronk and Elisa Jordana will interview Howard Stern on 12/16. Bronk believes the interview will take place at 7 a.m.

He and Elisa don't know what they're going to ask Stern tomorrow, but are currently working on it. Stern admitted he wasn't sure why he agreed to do this...

Stern says Sony Entertainment hack was a terrorist attack. As the Sony hack was probably sparked by Seth Rogen and James Franco's film, Stern made an opinionated remark stating this was a terrorist attack.

He defended Amy Pascal, saying that if she loses her job because of these leaked e-mails, then the terrorists have won.

Stern is urging everyone to say "f*** you North Korea!" instead of get up in such a huff about it all.
