Wednesday on the Howard Stern Show, the one and only Barbara Walters visited to be her awesome self, and she and Stern discussed her legendary career.

Stern and Walters started their conversation chatting about Walters' early career, and how she was a behind-the-scenes writer before going on television.

Stern is blown away by Walters longevity, noting how she is one of the very few who has been able to sustain her career in the media for so long.

"The View" was the brainchild of Walters, and when she first pitched the idea for the daytime talk show, a show of women from different generations just talking was revolutionary and groundbreaking at the time.

Walter's stated that her next "10 Most Fascinating People" will be her last. A lot of work goes in to the segment, as she has to pin down at least 8 different stars. Neil Patrick Harris will be one of the personalities featured.

"He is like Hugh Jackman. There is nothing he can't do," Walters said. The 2-hour long special airs this Sunday at 9 p.m. on ABC.

Stern reminded listeners of Walters' most legendary interview with Monica Lewinsky. "Just about everyone watched that," Walters said. Walters said she would consider interviewing her again, but that Lewinsky doesn't have anything to say right now.

Walters also called out Stern as being a "dirty old man." She told Stern she got all dressed up to come on the show today, donning some leather pants, and Stern asked if she was wearing a g-string.

Barbara Walters is the best.

Hey Now Highlights

Kevin Nealon appeared in studio, and as a big fan, Stern was ecstatic. The pair talked about Nealon's early SNL career, and branching into comedy movies.

Nealon told Stern about working with Adam Sandler, and having to draw the line at some point.

"He had a kid ejaculating on his grandmother in a scene," Nealon told Stern, and while he loves Sandler, believed that was a bit crass.

He also talked about how he used to portray Santa Claus early in his career. He was 23 or 24 at the time, living in San Diego, and didn't necessarily look like a jolly old man, but a temp agency found him the work for two months.

Apparently, kids from Tijuana would visit and would get scared and pee on his lap. "They would scotch guard the suits because they knew that would happen," Nealon said.

Stern disses McDonalds, and would love to see them go bankrupt. Earlier in Stern's career, McDonalds would cancel on any station that broadcasted Stern because they didn't agree with the way he did things.

Stern called them out for hypocrisy, saying that they have no right to consider themselves better than him, because they serve people greasy, unhealthy food. Robin noted they were probably afraid of being associated with him.
