NBA Hall of Famer Allen Iverson visited The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and sat down for an interview where he admits that he really wanted to be like NBA legend Michael Jordan.

Colbert introduced Iverson who came out dribbling a basketball in a sweat suit and sneakers. The host immediately thanked Iverson for wearing all of his chains to the show and adding a little class to it before congratulating him on his recent NBA Hall of Fame introduction.

Colbert wanted to know how it felt to have people cheering him after so many years of criticism. Iverson said it made him love God even more because it was special to get that podium.

Iverson said he begged God not to let him faint in front of the crowd. The star said that everyone that contributed to him accomplishing his goals were in attendance and it made him very emotional.

Colbert brought up the crossover move that Iverson used on Michael Jordan. The former player said that it was one of the highlights of his career but he didn't really think much about it until people started pointing it out.

He admitted that he truly wanted to be like Jordan, however, that night they were at war so all of that went out of the window. You can hear stories like that and much more in the video below.
