Comedian and YouTube star Grace Helbig posted her latest "It's Grace" YouTube video on Thursday afternoon, and took the time to address everyone's ultimate question: how to handle haters.

Helbig notes that the hater can come in many forms:
1. "They can be people who leave negative comments on YouTube."
2. "People that treat you unwarrantedly, rudely in a daily life form...

thing that's not... web videos. What is real life?"
But overall, 3. "Someone that's got a lot of negativity about them that's looking to put someone else down."

Word, girl.

We know Taylor Swift can just shake it off, though after years of being in the public on and subject to criticism on YouTube, Helbig has developed a thick skin, and developed a handy list for how to keep the haters off your good vibes:

1. Feed Bad For Them. "Putting other people down is just a form of projection" Helbig said.
2. Agree.

"Agreeing with a bully totally deflates their anger, their need to fight. Because all they want is a fight, and if you don't give them that, what do they have left?"
3.

Imagine Them in a Completely Ridiculous Way.
4. Imagine Them Speaking In Farts.
5. Kill Them With Kindness.

So true. So wise.

This video comes to us after FALSE PROMISES were made midday Wednesday, when Helbig tweeted that a new video would be expected that afternoon. But its OK, Grace.

We still love you, and know you're one busy lady. Helbig is currently on a live tour, and performs at 3rd and Lindsley in Nashville, TN on November 15.
