In December, a movie titled Jackie, will tap into one of the most tragic assassinations in U.S. history and the woman who had the closest encounter with it.

Jacqueline Kennedy was one of the most beloved First Ladies in America and the assassination of John F. Kennedy was heart-wrenching. Jackie, is a look inside life after the assassination.

Natalie Portman will play Jacqueline Kennedy in a film that addresses what life was like after the death of her husband. The iconic and horrifying visual reenactment of the event is featured very lightly.

There are also images of Jacqueline in some of her most iconic moments.

Towards the end of the teaser, you can hear her say "There was a Camelot.

There won't be another Camelot, not another Camelot." The phrase adds a very somber feel to the film which you can almost expect to be an Oscar worthy film.

"The film doesn't have a sort of linear narrative," Portman said according to VanityFair.

"It's much more of a collage, almost.

It gives you the sense of a mystery of a human being, because we can't really truly understand anyone, and every one person is hundreds of different people in different situations and at different moments of their life."

Fans who are eager to see Jackie will have to wait until December 2.
