'Modern Family' Star Ty Burrell Visits The Ellen Show

One of Modern Family's biggest stars Ty Burrell visited The Ellen Show and talked about his camping trip with his family as well as the fact that he can speak a little whale, which is perfect for Finding Dory week.
The Modern Family star sat down with DeGeneres as he is done filming the show for the season. DeGeneres told Burrell that she heard he took his family camping and Burrell said it was their first time.
He even got a camper van for the trip and says the family had a ball on the trip, until night fell.
Burrell says it was the worst night of their lives and there were plenty of things he didn't think through. Burrell says they were ready to go to bed until midnight.
Burrell revealed that his oldest daughter who happens to be 6-years-old, sleepwalks.
He told DeGeneres that she walked off a top bunk on to an ice chest. Burrell said it was not funny until he realized she was not hurt at all and still asleep.
In the morning his daughter told him she has to go to the bathroom around 1:30 AM and she used the bathroom outside and loved it. His daughter woke them up again and had to use the bathroom but she was so happy to pee outside, she was rationing her pee.
The only one who had a proper night's sleep was the sleepwalking daughter who never woke up in the night.
Burrell happens to be one of DeGeneres' co-stars in Finding Dory and does the voice for Bailey. Burrell's character didn't have to speak whale in the film despite the fact that he was playing a whale in the film.
Bailey is a beluga whale and Burrell tried to impress Pixar by doing a congested voice, however, it didn't work. You can watch Ty Burrell's visit to The Ellen Show in the videos below.
