McGuire was headed home from a Bears Game when she saw a homeless woman and felt drawn to her. She was so drawn to her in fact, that she told her husband she was going to give the homeless woman her boots. It turns out McGuire and the woman connected and they felt very special.

She asked the woman what else she needed and she gave her all of the winter clothes she had been carrying in her bag. Both she and the woman were the same shoe size as well.

Even after giving away her winter possessions, McGuire was stunned when the woman offered her her old boots so that she wouldn't have to go home in just socks. McGuire is the same size as DeGeneres who presented her with new boots and $20,000. $10,000 is to be used by 10 of McGuire's friends who are expected to pay it forward.

the other $10,000 happens to be a reward to McGuire for all of the various acts of kindness she has done.

DeGeneres ended the segment by asking everyone to spread kindness and pay it forward. You check out the full interview below.
