Ellen DeGeneres Hooks Up Her Biggest Fan Jamie

What happens when your one of Ellen DeGeneres' biggest fans and she catches wind of it? Well, step one is you get invited to The Ellen Show.
Step two, well, you get hooked up by DeGeneres and that's exactly what happened to her super fan Jamie.
DeGeneres told her audience and viewers she wanted to do something a bit different. She had someone from her staff hide a huge prize under a seat of the audience. She had no clue where it was and had no idea what it was.
One fan found it and it happened to be a ticket to DeGeneres' 12 Days of Giveaways. However, the fan that found it wasn't the super fan. DeGeneres turned her attention to the woman next to her, that woman was Jamie.
DeGeneres kept joking that it had to be bad luck for her and invited her to talk to her. Jamie said she was meeting her best friend for the first time. She told DeGeneres she watches the show every day and sometimes twice a day.
Jamie told her story about being pregnant with her son and developing preeclampsia.
She almost had a stroke but would watch The Ellen Show everyday that she was in the hospital. She told DeGeneres that she got her through her hardest time and thanked her.
Jamie was in the hospital for 169 days because her son was born earlier than expected and had a congenital heart defect.
The show was sharing photos of little Oliver and DeGeneres heard that it was the second time she had tickets to go to the show.
However, Oliver got sick and she couldn't go because he had open-heart surgery on the very day that she was supposed to be on the show.
Funny enough, DeGeneres revealed the fan who got the ticket to 12 Days of Giveaways was actually an Ellen Show employee. She brought her down to present the ticket to the real winner, Jamie.
