After being arrested last week at LAX for possessing an explosive or incendiary device with the intent to manufacture it, Instagram's favorite playboy is back to toting guns but is also being sued for $1 million.

Clearly the arrest for all that bomb making material had no effect on his ownership of firearms but when has anything stopped Bilzerian from being Bilzerian?

"According to the criminal complaint -- obtained by TMZ -- Bilzerian had ammonium and aluminum powder, along with ammonium nitrate mix -- and when mixed it acts like pure TNT," according to the initial report.

"Dan has famously flaunted his wealth.

He's bragged about losing $2.5 mil at the poker table and posted another pic of $9 million in chips right in front of him," according to TMZ. "He's also bragged about winning more than $10 mil in one tournament."

It doesn't even look like he is feeling the pressure from the $1 million lawsuit that he is facing from model, Vanessa Castano, as TMZ reports she is suing Bilzerian for kicking her in the face.

Meanwhile, he seems to still be enjoying life having some tacos in the comfort of his own bed.
