Dan Bilzerian Arrested At LAX For Possession of Bomb Materials

Dan Bilzerian is being held without bail after he was reportedly found to be in possession of materials that together form TNT, according to TMZ.

This will result in Bilzerian facing charges of possession or manufacturing illegal explosive devices, which are both felonies. The arrest came late Tuesday evening.

Bilzerian, a poker superstar and social media icon, has been involved in a fair share of controversy as of late. He first made headlines after a home video he was shooting went awry after he hurled porn star Janice Griffith off his roof with the intention of her landing in the pool below.

She missed and broke her leg, without any sympathy from Bilzerian or his lawyer.

Last week, he allegedly kicked a woman in the face at the Miami nightclub, LIV. Though the woman decided not to press charges, she may seek out a civil suit and he is permanently banned from ever returning to the club.

Many had speculated that a warrant for his arrest stemming from this instance might be the cause of his LAX until these new details emerged.

He is also no stranger to weaponry, as he is consistently showcasing his collection of firearms on his Instagram account.

No word on why he'd want to make explosives or even think to bring the materials to an international airport; it's safe to say this story is developing.
