Yesterday marked the official release of Liza Anne's debut album, 'The Colder Months'. The album is available digitally at iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, and select tracks are available at SoundCloud.

This 19 year old student shows amazing promise and maturity, having already performed alongside songwriting veterans Matthew Perryman Jones and Sea Wolf. Early reviews all share a common theme, or more precisely a common descriptor when referring to Liza's music, haunting.

American Songwriter called The Colder Months, "A rustic, haunting progressive folk ballad that you need to hear at least once."

WXPN Philadelphia said The Colder Months is, "...a beautiful, melancholy song showcasing an exciting new singer-songwriter."

Tom Bowen of the London-based music blog, When The Gramophone Rings, has commented, "The gentle female vocals from the young Nashville based singer songwriter float over a simple acoustic melody that brings to mind artists such as First Aid Kit or Sharron Van Etten in one of her more mellow moments." - via Bullhorn Publicity.
