Chris Pratt, who became a mega-star through his turn playing Star Lord in the blockbuster hit "Guardians of the Galaxy" seems very appreciative of his new-found fame.

Though Pratt, who is married to Anna Faris, has a regular part on NBC's "Parks & Recreation," "GOTG" launched him to new heights and rather than blow up his ego, it seems to have made him want to give back.

Pratt is an active Twitter user and his feed shows some of his sense of humor, but mostly it expresses his delight at seeing fans who embrace Star Lord.

Whereas many celebrities use Twitter in a cold and calculated way -- as a means to market their "brand," Pratt seems delighted that anyone cares.

More so than most famous people, he's acting the way a fan would if he or she suddenly found himself as the star of one of the biggest comic book franchises in the world.

One of the recurring themes on Pratt's feed is sharing pics of the many little kids dressing up as Star Lord for Halloween, who can't wait until October 31 to put their costumes on.

There's a bit of the "I can't believe this is happening" in Pratt's tweets and retweets as well as a clear idea that he takes the responsibility of being a real life hero to kids (because he plays a pretend one) seriously.
